McDonach IT Consultancy Ltd Transitions to New Management Ownership

Following a Vendor Induced Management Buy-Out (VIMBO), we are delighted to advise you of a new management structure.

McDonach IT Consultancy Ltd has now changed its name to IT Resolution Ltd, enabling our new directors Kenneth Irvine and Bryan Macnair to take majority control of the business. Kenneth McDonach, will stay involved as a director to provide support to the new management team.
